hi guys, have just had my 2i replaced for a mini s from o2 insurance, my problem is that when i hard reset the only options that come up for the o2 active is: basic setup or corporate setup, there isn't one for personal, i like the o2 active setup as i got used to it on the 2i. i have updated with the latest rom from o2 and still dont get the personal setup any ideas??

Those are the only 2 options as far as I know, you have to tweak it how you want it.

I got mine recently and it also came withouth the personal option. I think it might be to do with the new rom because mine came with the latest rom already on it. The basic option is pretty much the same as personal, just O2 active is disabled by default, or thats what I've noticed anyway.
If you really want the O2 active (it slows the device down and isn't very useful, I tryed it after choosing Basic) then choose the basic option and it should be in your start menu -> programs. Just open it and it loads. You could put a shortcut in startup if you want so it starts by itself.
Hope this helps,
