Unlocking an XDA IIi

Could someone please clear up for me if there is any software available on download to unlock an XDA IIi from those wonderful people at O2.. any help given would be most grateful.

go to the Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking
and look for the sticky thread whichs name makes you think you found
the right thread
