Please help me out here. Everytime I re-align my screen, everything works fine. After about half a day, however, the alignment seems to run.

I will then perform a realignment exercise, but the problem, will again surface after half a day. However, if I don't re-align the screen and simple ignore the issue, it goes away after another couple of hours, only to resurface again several hours later.

What gives?

What 3rd party apps are you using? I had the same thing on my 8125 and it was a conflict with an application.

With my S200 I haven't had this problem (crossing fingers).

uall can try to search in the prophet forum with 'screen alignment'...quite a number of users are having the same problems in screeen alighment...it is a hardware issues...currently most of asia country like malaysia, singapore, hongkong and taiwan having stock out for the replacement....you will need to send it back for warrranty...the manufacture already noticed the issue but didnt really top up the replacement....

I used to have the same problem until I stopped carrying the phone around in the front pockets of my pants. I figured that body heat/pocket lint/pressure was messing with the digitizer drivers. Now I always keep the phone in a Covertec case hanging on a belt clip and the problem seems to have gone. I have not needed to re-do screen alignment the past three weeks.

Thanks! That was one of my theories too - I carry mine in my front jeans pocket at that - so it gets squished and hot all day long. I'll try a belt case for a while.
