I know, this is probably a n00b question.
I have downgraded my phone for BB Connect and actually gotten it to work against my work's BES. However, the ROM is UK and has issues when I want to go online for web browsing (you must suspend BB Connect first). Beyond that, it seemed ok. I wasn't a big fan of the ROM and I guess it has stability issues.
I upgraded to an AKU2 rom and I am running it. In the server sync option in ActiveSync, it offers an option to sync to my Webmail at my work. It seems to work pretty well.
I have an unlimited data plan with TMobile, so I am not worried about data transfer amounts.
Beyond that, what are the real differences between the two methods of push mail?
