Problem: PIE opens .Cab files instead of downloading them

This isn't the first time I've encountered this problem (I've dealt with it before my current ROM upgrade). All the sudden after weeks of downloading .cab files successfully, my PIE now decides to open up the files as a page full of symbols & text instead of giving me the option of downloading them (.cab files).


Has anyone else encountered this issue and found what caused PIE to act in this way? And if so, is there any solution to this problem other than reinstalling a ROM update?

Yes I get this as well, and I can't find a solution on the forums
