Splash Screen

Ok I've read a lot of how to, and I have a question. Isn't an easier way to change splash screen, like we did on Magician or Blue Angel with a program?

i would like to see or understand the same!!!

the instructions are either outdqate witht the pre AUK roms's or either a little too complicated.

Can someone shed some light for us less than smart
