xda2s new lcd screen fitted but wont work

I have just fitted a replacment screen to my xda2s but when i turn it on all
i get is a bright white screen and nothing else. can anyone advise me as to why this is and what to do

either you haven't secured the cable correctly or you have fitted the wrong screen. read the wiki, there are 3 types.

Not necessarily - I have had XDA2s' with 0x6 boards - the wiki is not 'official' so may be missing info. The way to tell for sure is check the part number of the old and new screens.

The only blueangel type I've seen to always have the same board fitted was the VPx - perhaps as they didn't make so many.
