Hi, I found that Avantgo cannot work after I enabled Chinese fonts. In order to save mem space, I store the Chinese fonts in my SDCARD:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\FontPath]
"FontPath"="\MEMORY CARD\FONTS"
My ATOM is able to display Catties Lunar calendar in Today and also I can read Chinese SMS. Its great. I also can read English fonts.
However, I found that Avantgo cannot start any more. When I revert the FontPath to "", it works again.
I found out that Avantgo is looking for some fonts in the windows directory and in the Avantgo program directory \Avantgo\fonts\ the following fies are created: Abany AMT.dna, Courier New.dna, Cumberland.dna, Monotype Sort.dna, Symbol MT.dna, Tahoma.dna, Thorndales AMT.
When I switch the Fontpath to "\MEMORY CARD\FONTS", Avantgo screen shows "Font information is updating...the font is " and stops running. and the \Avantgo\fonts\ directory shows:
Arial Unicode.dna and tahoma.dna?
Seems that the Avantgo can processed the fonts or cant locate/recognise fonts?
Need someone to tel me how to redirect the Avantgo to the "\MEMORY CARD\FONTS" when i enable the Chinese fonts. Or any means to resolve this problem?
