Trouble with upgrading party of Qteks

Company, where i work, have imported more than 2k Qteks, but this devices intended for import in other country. I have "localised rom" on SD cards with leng from paragon, it easily flashes all parties of devices that we imported earlier, but this rom unable to flash new party of devices. Bootloader tells: not allow update. I have flashed one device in the way described at this forum (replaced 416 bytes of rom header with header from device's own rom), but seems that i've got rom only for one device, but not for whole party.
Please help me to make rom for whole party of Qteks.

This advice is gonna cost ya, serious I mean it, this is BIG business.

You need a shipped-rom & maupgradeut_noid. Or you'll have to replace to 416bytes for each device, because that id is device specific.
