My JASJAR not starting when keeping off for long time

Hi

I have big problem. My JASJAR starting normal but when keeping my PDA off for long time it well not start aging (I can’t start bootloader , I can’t format)

any one can help me !

JASJAR (latest ROM)
Bootloader (version 1.12)
Radio )1.11)

But some time starting normally when I keeping my universal without Battery for some time (more then 10 minutes).

About my universal (jasjar) it is in work shop right now . The problem in motherboard. :(
