how to switch from German to French

thanks you for your replay but i have a probleme when i want to upgrade for french i have this messgae:
cannot execute the remote communication program.
please make sure that the USB/serial cable is proprely connected.
anyone have a solution

Does Act.Sync work properly on your device?

When using maupgradeut_noid.exe for the upgrade you need to out your magician manually in bootloader: press camera & power & soft-reset buttons all @ the same time 'till the screen fades (backlight is off) & it reads 'serial v1.xx'.
