XDA NEO update to Engish ROM

Hi,

I'm trying to update XDA NEO ger ROm to English one. When I run the file romupdateutility.exe (from machinegod), error 208 - file open occurs.
Could anyone set a detailed procedure for this?

I've tried again but still got the same error. I bought the XDA NEO with mate Jmin ROM updated then I upgraded to HTC XDA NEO (Image version 2.15.04.15, Germany ROM from www.o2-online.de). The GER ROM has better CAMERA but I'm not farmiliar with Germany language.

Through the forum, I see a couple of guys has been sucessfull to upgrade from GER ROM to English ROM (DOPOD, or Jamin). I followed the set procedure but met different error.

Could anyone help?

bạn cho file romupdateutility_NoID_Prophet.exe vào room bạn down về rồi chạy.nếu vẫn bị lỗi thì bạn unlock CID.nếu vẫn lỗi nữa thì mua JAFWM về chạy.Mua JAFWM về chạy thì khỏi báo lỗi luôn.hê hê hê.còn lỗi nữa thì cho con nó chơi đồ chơi.

You have to have the romupdate utility in the same folder as the ROM when you are running the update.

Is your IPL and SPL is 2.15.xxxx
If yes, You have to use 2.15.xxxx rom or newer.
Now may be only Dopod have that.
