This is Ace Hellas's greek rom. Two files are patched to bypass IMEI check.
This version has a problem with smartdialing.
I might upload a newer one later.

The package includes just a .nba file (to be used with awizard).

There is a problem with smartdialing (one .dll got fucked up)
Otherwise it works.
I'll have to upload a new version which doesn't have this problem.
I didn't do this earlier because I thought no one was interested

Hellenic ROM for HTC Prophet (Qtek S200) by andrew_sh
Instructions:

1) Update the phone using ROMUpdateUtility.exe
2) After installing Ext. Rom, you will see a Security Prompt. Select allow.
3) Wait for a few seconds, the device will reset automatically

NOTE: If you do not get the security prompt, do the following:
a) Press and hold the D-PAD button
b) Press and hold the battery Icon
c) Release both
d) Tap "Εκτελεση" (Ektelesi - Run)
e) type "langbootcheck" and tap Ok
f) Select Allow
g) Wait for a few seconds, the device will reset automatically

The nk.nbf contains no bootloader (only OS and Ext. Rom), so this minimizes the
risk of something going ROM.


NOTE2: As everything else, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK - FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
NOTE3: This ROM is copyright by ACE HELLAS - Use only for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES unless
you own a device purchased from them.

I get this screen of red, green, blue colour.

SPL 2.15

Any ideas how to recover?

OK, panic is over. :shock:
I installed the previous ROM (RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_ Ship-NoVendorID).

I took off the battery, put USB and run ROM Update Utility. :lol:

The phone will probably need to be cid unlocked first. I can't tell because mine was cid unlocked anyway

Use the instructions of andrew_sh to do it
If your SPL is 0001 you will have no problem, but if it is 0000 you won't be able to do it
Then you will have to do what i did:
you need these two tools:
TyphoonNbfTool_04.exe and
aWizard-v1_2 (avoid using version 1.3, it didn't work for me)
1.with thyphoonnbftool you decrypt from nk.nbf found in greek rom, a new file named OS.n_d and rename it to OS.nba
2.use awizard and in options menu first do rapi unlock, then cid unlock and finaly press w to flash the new rom.
3.wait about 20-25 minutes
4.hard reset and you have a greek rom in your prophet
5.In my case there was a little bug, but thanks to andrew_sh 's instructions i managed to overcome it. There was no start menu, no settings, nothing.If you experience that, then keep middle key of the d-pad pressed and also keep pressed with the stylus the battery icon on the top right corner of the screen.A menu will appear and you will press ektelesi.
Then write langbootcheck and press ok
It is done!
you have a greek qtek s200!

hi guys, I hope this is not irrelevant.
Is there a way to be able to switch to greek whenever I want to write an sms or update a contact with out replacing my rom (NL rom works fine so far).
In other words to be able to use more than 1 language for messaging, notes etc..

Better do it this way:
From this forum find typhoo5.exe or typhoonnfbdecode.exe
use this to extract os.nba from nk.nbf
Use the aWizard utility to flash os.nba to your device.
If this also fails, I cannot help you because I don't have a G4 device (your device has the new g4 chip).

-But i have no mms.
-And i have no greek ext.rom.
where can i find it?
-On the device is still the ext.rom from vodafone.

I must say, that i have made the update with the tools TyphoonNbfTool_04.exe
and
aWizard-v1_2.
The typhoo5.exe or typhoonnfbdecode.exe did not work.
Don't run aWizard from Desktop. Put the file direckt on hard disk.
Otherwise it wont work the update from OS.nba

andrew_sh i am intresting on the last rom, and the Greek ext.rom
Can you do something? Then is the update complete!

download winimage @ http://www.winimage.com/
then extract ext rom.nba from nk.nbf like you did with os.nba.
open ext rom.nba with winimage and extract all files.
make all files read-only.
Use Total commander on your pocket pc and navigate to \Extended_ROM
(type this in the address bar)
Delete all files from ext rom and copy the files you extracted earlier.(using total commander)
