no gsm error message on m500

can anyone help? i was trying to update the software on my m500 when halfway through it came up with an error message saying it was the wrong country, i then tried to run the file that overcomes this but it will not run it comes up with Ruu.dll cannot be found.
Since then i get an error message saying no gsm when the phone reboots and am unable to use most of the programs

You need to download from the file MaUpgradeUT_noID.exe from the ftp (ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/Magician/Tools). There are several threads in the Magician Upgrading forum (http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewforum.php?f=27) with tutorials.
