O2 XDA Exec or Dopod 900 in Philippines

As far as I know O2 XDA Exec is not available in Philippines or Asia (pls. correct if I'm misinformed).

However, Dopod 900 may be avail. Does this mean I may not be able to gain the benefits of "O2 Connect"? Does Dopod have this similar type of support?
