Hi there, I was trying to put on a new rom on my brother's brand new orange m600, and was advised that i should make sure that the no cid rom was installed first. Consequently I downloaded the downgrade and unlock cid v01 folder from the links on this website.
The first part of the install process seemed to go through ok (i clicked on the downgrade execute file first). It then went to part 2 of the process, couldnt establish a link with the ppc and now all you can get on the phone is the orange splash screen, and thats it.
It is possible to get onto the bootloader mode but nothing happens after this, and when i try to hard reset it it says format complete as soon as the send button is pressed, and then subsequently returns to the orange splash screen.
Anyone know what to do next, or has the thing finally kicked the bucket?
