O2 XDA 2i is silent.

can some one pleas help me .my xda 2i is silent.when some one call it start sounding ringing bell but i do not hear the caller voice & ALSO SOUND PLAYED IN WINDOW MEDIA PLAYER is silent.when i put charger in it for charging it starts working properly . what should i do. please some one help me.

Hi,

i've had the same problem, and the only cure appears to be to reset the device.

For me, the issue appeared to be the result of closing Media Player without first stopping the playing file.

I also found that removing the head phones whilst on a call, caused a similar problem.

thanks for your reply.the problem is cured but i do not know the reason. my hand set is new.i just bought it for two month ago.anyway,my problem is cured.

PROBLEM IS CURED FOR A LITTLE TIME. NEXT DAY SAME THING IS THRER IN MY PPC. WHAT SHOULD I DO . PLEASE HELP ME.
