Under Settings/System/Device Info/Call Duration
I find this helpful as I just reset the minutes every month and know exactly how much Ive used/have left.
Registry edit the following location:
[HKLM\software\microsoft\shell\cumlativecalltimers\ line_0] change "OutgoingVoicePhoneLifeTime" back to 0
