Try putting this hebrew font in windows\fonts on your device (after unzipping it), then soft reset. Dont know whether it will work, cant see any registry hack that can change pie font in that way.

hey, try this, I found it of the forum FTP ... it's a little tricky but worked for me.

read the .info file first.

the install all cabs 040D fo,der.

and make soft reset.

Heb font is work and you can find...... :lol:

Asukal, i did try but hebrew is not reverse.

I guess one file is filling to revert the hebrew from right to left.

One more bug, there is no more access to start menu.

Un Acessable to Start Menu,,,
This shell is making to enable to access English Start Menu..
So,, i uploaded wring one, or, your device is not English Device.

pls let me know what OS language you using?
and,, you can deltete it with conect PC and use PC Explore and rename it,
and after soft reset you can del that.

hebrew installed ok but now i want to remove it.
did the uninstall, but the bottom line of the first page, contacts and calendar still show in hebrew.
any way to get it back to english.

sorry guys, i got slept last night, :roll:

1;USE Activesync and using Explore of PC,
then fix it,

2;if you have still interesting, i will re-made the shell for
french OS,

3:This sets change the value in registries to Hebrew,
so Today Menu Key will change to Heb, and even uninstall this,
egistries are still keep Heb,

<HTC Setting Icon, Inbox, and Today Menu Key,
and some other Registries,>,

so i made another sets to retuern to French Registry
and returen to English registries.

Right to Left writing,,, i have no idea coz it is now knowledge,
(we Japanese also used RIght to Left Wirting before 50year, but no boday use this way :oops:

The problem is not from right to left. It is a mirroring problem

The correct hebrew looks like on the right end image.

Your hebrew looks like letters are backwards.

Take a look a the START text or at the left bottom of the screen you will see what i mean.

hi, itested this ReverseHebrew.exe and nothing happend on my Universal.

i guess this can effect just for their own allications fromJewishCOntent.org.
i will check Arabian System, how they doing...

But it is not Mirroring interface.

Have you ever seen the application to enable Mirrroirng Today and

i want too to install hebrew on my ppc (qtek 9100) , i had all it's possible : pdad, hebrew reader, cab of Asukal ..... and nothing , i have hebrew but it'"s not reversed

it's a problem beacuse i want to use dictionary hebrew-french ans all is reversed .......

Hi Ofer,

Any luck with installing the right font.
All I want is to be able to read (I don't care for writing) Hebrew on the IE!
I don't want to change the UI (User Interface) to Hebrew UI.
It's seems that no one has an answer for this problem yet!

xda developers, im calling out to all of you , get us a hebrew patch . learn from windows , what it does.. just mirroring the text and changing fonts..
why is it so hard?

most of us dont want to change the interface.
we just want to read emails and use iexplorer for websites in hebrew.

U look an active person in localization area so i need your help regarding to the wince.nls file, when i replace it with one that supports the Arabic language, i will get bad hopper result. is there a way to get over this issue, do u think instring the Arabic country to the original wince.nls will solve the issue?
