How can i disable the Voice Speed Dial button

on the right hand side of my Vario, i always press it by accident when picking up the phone and it makes that horrendous beeping noise, then I have to close it down.

Is there software to make the button do nothing when pressed?

I have a rom that came with that app, and I hate it with a passion. everytime I try to use MS Voice command to dial to dial a number with my bluetooth it interferes. anyone know how I can make it not work other than switching rom... I like this rom.
