contacts disappearing

occasionally my contacts will disappear. the first time this happened i was worried because i had not abcked them up. i did a soft reset and they re-appeared again. this only happens occasionally, but obviously, right when i need them in a hurry!

any ideas on why this is happening?

i have tried to do a search for this but there seems to be a problem with that at the moment.

Mine does this too. Plus, sometimes I get 2 pop ups one list for contacts, one for SIM contacts. Pain in the ass.

I get that sometimes, but not all my contacts disappear, sometimes I see only 5 contacts appeared, what I do just browse one of this appeared contacts, then I go back , then all contacts appear again.

As a solution I would recommend you to browse something , anything, in the contacts screen, then go back, and I think you'll see all your contacts back.
