Himalaya radio upgrade error

Hi, when I am trying upgrade my hymalaya it stops at erasing radio 100% and then says radio upgrade error, himalaya can boot but only NO GSM... phone is not working, please help me what cat I do...

I can flash any version, but all makes the same error :( I cant change bootloader, it says not allowed... i dont know what .....
