I think I screwed my new Wizard...HELP!!!

I tried to downgrade to CUSTOM__RUU_Wizard_1050412_WWE_101_11210_WWE.exe
with newromupdateutility_wizard_noid.exe found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/download.php?id=11739.

it seemed working but after 10 minutes an a restart...the screen get stuck on an image with a glass of beer

then I tried to restart but now doesn't eve turn on anymore...

what can I do????

Hi - the up up thing does not always work because people think your problem has been answered - I scan for the non-awnsered posts and see if I can help.

Here we go - does your device charge? Can you remember at what battery level you tried to get the rom downgraded? Best to do a rom flash with the device fully charged.

Plug your device into the proper mains charger (has 1A output) to kickstart the battery back into life. You may have to leave it a while before the light comes on.

Once you can start the device you will probably end up at the bootloader screen (multicolor screen) and you can flash the device from there.

Let us know how you do - i will keep an eye on this thread

my english is not so good...what do you mean with "Plug your device into the proper mains charger (has 1A output)"?

maybe i could charge my old imate JAM battery and "pin to pin" connect it to the body of the K-JAM? same battery?

I mean the mains charger that came with the device - the one that plugs into the socket in your wall - not the usb connection to the computer does not have enough power to kick start your device. I don't think the jam battery will fit and do the job - if it does thats ok

Ma il led rosso della ricarica ti si è acceso o non ha dato segni di vita? Hai provato a togliere la batteria e rimetterla? Sopra ti dicono di usare anche l'alimentatore originale... lo hai usato?

niente...più nessun led, né via isb né via presa da muro...la batteria era nuova..il kjam era nuovo non usato.

battery is brand new...the kjam is brand nes, not used or refurbished

battery is brand new...the kjam is brand nes, not used or refurbishedI had a friend with a brand new 8125 with a similar problem. Turned out his AC wall charger was bad. Used my AC adapter, LED came on and charged his battery. Things happen ...

As dr puttingham says - try a new charger or battery but you may need to take the device back to where you bought it

We tried first with two brand new batteries, both charged. Didn't show any signs of life until we put it on a good charger for a little while. Most bizarre.

Did you have a G4 phone (search the forum for what this means if you do not know). If you do, then your phone sounds like its bricked (you can search the forum for this too!). I've done the same thing (some rom, same beer glass) when I was trying to downgrade to a 1.x rom for the older BB connect software, and found that a G4 phone will not run a 1.x rom/SPL/IPL. I had to send mine back for repairs and the main motherboard was replaced.
