exec lock or not

Does anyone know if the exec comes lock or not.I wanna use my orange sim in it.Thanks

I have an xda exec from o2 retail and it likes all sim cards from all over the world :D but some people on here have somehow managed to get a locked one from o2 :o

Just get one and if it doesn't take your orange sim either use the unlocking tool by buzz or return it under the 14 day cooling off period but I reckon there's about a 99.9% chance of it being unlocked!

It's not locked but you can still chose unlock it which will make it SuperCID.
