Question about Cingular data plans + wifi

so i understand and realize that GPRS/EDGE needs a data plan, however im basically only wanting to use my personal/corporate Access Points over WIFI to xfer xchange , remote into servers, etc.. and im wondering can cingular charge me for using my own personal APs to xfer data to and fro using teh cingular 8125? I've contacted support, business support, our sales rep etc.. and for whatever reasont his seems to be very confusing to people.....any more info would be appreciated, im trying to decide if i need (have to get) a data plan.

If you will not use GPRS then you do not need a Data Plan.

thanks for answering, i actually chose the wrong window and put this in the wrong forum as obviouslyk this isnt related to customizing the phone. thanks for answering however my apologies for posting in the wrong forum
