AKU 2.2/2.3?

Does anyone know if there is such a beast as an AKU2.2 or 2.3 ROM for the Universal?

I am coming from the Wizard, and am ticked off that my unit doesn't vibrate upon receipt of email!?!?!

Unit viberating upon email isn't a AKU2.2 or AKU2.3 feature IMO
