What does each file on the T-Mobile NL Ext ROM do?

Trying to work that one out myself with no luck so far. Some are obviouy but others not!

It would be useful. I did try that myself but found that one CAB, no ideas which prevented me from connecting to O2's UK network - no matter what I did.

One useful applet would be the one which allows the softkeys to be edited but alas I was unable to ascertain which.

If I did not need the machine for work each day though I'd test fully!

One thing I have noticed with this ROM is that 3G connectivity in much better.
