can't delete folders in Extended_ROM2

Hello,
I noticed some cracy folders in my extenden_ROM2.
Deleting or moving them is not possible.
They are only viewable while using the computers file explorer.
Lookin into the ROM with Resco explorer, the ROM seems to be empty exept the first two folders.
Hardreset doesn't delete them. Nor manual delation.
I installed the latest german O2 Rom from their webpage. But I didn't install the cabs from the extended rom.
Can anybody give me a hint, how to delete them?

Any hints about formatting internal memory?
I read that Resco 5.40 is able to format storage.
But on their webpage is no information about it. Has anyone testet that yet?

you cannot delete, change, or add items to extended ROM via the OS in 2.x ROMs.

Search and you will find many threads on this.
