SBP backup gone wrong. Sytem wont boot. PLEASE HELP

I didnt know my new phone had the newer ROM so when i did the backup it wont go past the Windows Mobile Screen.

I got the phone in the multi colored screen with USB at the bottom but i dont know what to do from here. Someone please help me.....explain how to get a reset done.

Someone.....please....im desperate lol. I have a flight in about 5 hours and ig otta get my phone working...i'll be gone for two weeks.

Yes you can't use spb backup with a rom upgrade only sprite backup has that facility.

Once in the bootloader screen connect the device to computer and a little 'usb' should appear on bottom left of screen. You can now reflash with your rom - it does not have to be activesynced to do this.
