How to get 3D phone dialer on MDA Pro

Hello is was trying to get rid of the awfull T-mobile dialer skin. How can i put the default windows dialer back with the 3D buttons. I just installed the activatephoneskin.cab from the collection hackinpool. But it won't set the default dialerskin back. I have the latest T-moble UK rom

you won't have the video call button.

edit HKLM\Security\Phone\Skin\Enabled = 0 and reboot.
