was deleting files...now the phone doesnt work.

Wondeif you coul dhelp. Was going through deleting the odd file here and there I didnt think I used and I saw two programs marked cprog. I deleted one and the second would not delet. now when I use the phoe function the speaker does not work though the mouth piece does.

I have hard reset twice and restored from two previous backup points but no good it doesnt work. can anyone help?
