Low sound on Universal when recieving calls

Seem to experience low sound on Universal when recieving calls, anyone else this issue?

In the menu, make sure you have the speakerphone activated :) (If indeed you mean when trying to answer calls in landscape mode) The slider on the side alters the volume in portrait (Phone up to ear) mode.
