Power Problem !!!Help Please !!!

Hello!!!
The problem is that when I'm working with device in can turn of by it self and don't turn on when i put in changer red led glows after some time it can turn on by itself ... I think the problem is in power keys that are marked by 1 in picture or power controller 2.
Sorry for my english i speak rusian...

I have a problem , when i tried to update my device it erased rom and when it started uploading os it shut down and error mesage apeared i don't knew what to do help me please!!!

I finaly downgrade to wm2003se rom but problem doesn't desapeare...This pda every time shutdown it self when i take battery and put it back it don't turn on.I need to whait and after some time it can tur on by itself
I don't knew what to do maybe someone here knew electronics
and can hel me with this problem...
Or may be i can find somewhere electronical scheme of mda or of mda's power...

i also have this problem, i also change a new battery, same problem.

it's only operate for a while (3mins - 1hour ) when i lucky,
after that restart, restart....can't load windows....

any Master can't help.

I need to find power controller but i don't knew where to get it...

My O2 xda ii also has such a problem. Also the phone couldn't last for 8 hrs in standby mode.

I'll try to replace power controler if I find it and post here results !!!
