I need electronic scheme to repare xda power controler please help me !!!

those are rare these days
havent come across any in a long time for modern devices
maybe because soo much is intergrated that it would pretty much
just be chips with connection lines between them

or maybe because they dont want the compatition snooping around

There is only two principal power elements and i whanted to knew if i can use something else instead them...
