low ear piece volume

I have been experiencing very low ear piece volume since i bought this atom, even though i upgraded to the latest rom (which claims to solve the problem) but in vein. its really very low when you compare it with other available phone models which are many times cheaper than atom .
any tweaks to solve this problem.

I have the same problem. On the other hand sometimes voice distored and i can not understand what others saying eventhough i upgraded latest patch. Pls help...

I also have this prob , there was a reg trick to set value of IntVol to 5+ , but it didnt work ! :(

any other way to boost earpiece volume ?
