today I use the S200, it is more faster than BA WM5 .
why?

most likely because of the flash the BA have was not made to write to all the time it was made for storage backup and extented rom
ram was used to save data on on BA 2003
but nativ wm2005 devices flash is made to save your data on and it's newer so it's flash is much faster
data on the ramdisk on BA wm2005 would have a higher speed

also it is right , but
s200 rom
ba rom
speed : s200 > ba
s200 rom
ba ramdisk
speed : s200 >ba
why?
