i have used lokiwiz 0.2a to unlock all of my wizard (dopod 838)
after that i can't go to BootLoader why ?
is it have problem with my ppc

What rom are you trying to unlock? - numbers please. You may be using the wrong version of lokiwiz.

ROM version: 1.3.13.5 ENU
ROM date: 9/29/2005
Radio version: 01.12.10
Protocal version: 4.0.13.23
ExtRom version: 1.3.13.116

i try to unlock to up rom to QTek

how to fixed this problem ?

Are you sure it is unlocked? What message did you receive after unlocking? What error message do you get when you try to upgrade.

You should have used lokiwiz 0.2b here http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=33796

It sounds to me that you device is still cid locked - use lokiwiz 0.2b and unzip the file to c: directory on you computer. Choose super(cid) option to unlock it.

yes today i try to unlock with 0.2b again

What message did you receive after unlocking? What error message do you get when you try to upgrade.
no i don't get any error message i can upgrade to any ROM but i can't go to my BootLoader (via push camera and soft reset)

i don't know is it error occur to my device (it can't go to bootloader screen)

i just try it but it still can't go to BootLoader screen

now i have only one problem that i can't go to BootLoader screen but i can upgrade my ROM from any manufacture

Why do you need to go to bootloader screen? You don't need to go to this screen to upgrade your rom anyhow.

yes i don't need to go to that screen but i worry about this 'cos after unlock i can go to that screen

but if it isn't error for my ppc then i don't worry about this.

can you go to that screen before you unlock your phone

i just see version 0.3a is it better and if i unlock my ppc with 0.2b is it better if i unlock with 0.3a again

I would leave the phone as it is if that is the only problem - its possible you could make things worse.
