How to Button Map

I was wondering how exactly do you button map. Here are some of my questions:

1. What steps do you take and what programs to use?

2. Is there anyway to program an application or menu to the arrow keys?

3. Can you program a button to voice recorder? Is there a voice recorder in the prophet? The closest I found was notes and you need to push additional button for it to record. Any way to just make it a one-button process?

4. What are some recommended softkey programming?

Button mapping is in settings > Personal > Buttons I think.

For voice recorder, press and hold the voice recorder/notes button. It should launch the recorder.

Otherwise, for 3rd part solutions, PocketMax's software is excellent IMHO. However, I don't think it's WM5 yet.
