USB connection and LAN...

Hi guys!
I connect my Jamin to the USB (Activesync) of my office desktop...
I can surf the web from jamin but I can't access to the pcs of the lan... is it possible?
I'd like to access to the share of my destop for example....

and maybe use total commander ?
