Can't change themes

Just got a replacement phone from O2, and it won't let me change the phone's theme. Everything else (as far as I can tell) works fine. When I select a different theme from the menu, it waits a bit, then goes back to the 'settings' menu with no change. All I can have is the standard Windows theme. Any ideas? Have i not installed something from the extended rom that I should have done?

Are you sure the themes you are trying too install are ok? Usually it reacts so when the theme package is corrupted. Try redownloading the themes. If it doesn't help backup your data and do a hard reset. It should work then.
