Unknown File Extensions in Qtek S-200

I took a look in my windows directory today on my device QS-200and noticed I have a ton of files named in a similar format i.e. f50e9a40-aed9497abdea84451210e960....they have the file extensions of DSM & RGU. Does anyone else have these or at least know what application uses or creates them?

I have a ton of them.
