Data Crashes Please Help!

I have a t-mobile mda and after upgrading it to the latest wizard rom 2.24, i get a error message saying "Data Crashes Please Contact Your Service Center". This only happens when my Sim card is in the phone, but when i take it out, everything is fine. Ive searched through the whole site but no solutions to this problem except for paying a $35 fee to unlock it from imei.co.uk website. Please, if anyone has a better solution for i do not want to spend $35. its not worth it. thanx for any suggestions.

you will not find any FREE TOOL wich can repair "data crash"

You can do it with my competitor imei-check or you can do it with jafwm using a credit.
