Can anyone help me. What is this error. I make a forum search but without result.

are you trying to flash the whole device or just the language part of it? There is a tutorial on here for that.

i am trying to upgrade whole device. but the result is this 238 error. :(

Check if you have a G3 or G4 chip, you can tell by looking at the boot up screen and seeing if you have a .0001 ending on your IPL/SPL. If you have the .0001 you have a G4 chip and changing the whole rom is not possible yet. If you just want to change the language there is a thread on here that I think rosario (SP) made that goes step by step to change ONLY the language interface and not the radio or IPL/SPL. If it is a G3 chip, CID unlock and then just change the rom.

This is the link for changing JUST the language portion. It works, I change mine from German to WWE in about 15 minutes.

After several tests with location of "nk.nbf" i succefuly updated the ROM to "RUU_Prodigy_1060701_101_11310_QTEK_WWE_Ship.exe", and now i want to upgrade to "RUU_Prodigy_2170702_21707102_20710_QTEK_WWE_Ship.e xe" - now again with the same error.
I think the problem is that the ROM upgrader cannot find the "nk.nbf".
Is i need to extract the files in c:\ ?
