8125 2.25 ROM error 300 when attempted install MrClean Rom

I swiched from Cingulat to T-mobile and was able to unlock my phone for use with T-mobile but now I want to change the ROM so that I don't see Cingular everytime I turn my device on and I want to get rid of all Cingular apps. I attempted to install Mr.cleam 2.24 but i get an

"Error [300]: INVALID UPDATE TOOL"

The Same happens when I attemp a T-Mobile Rom.

After researching a bit I found that I need an updated RUU? Can anyone help with this?
