message after soft reset

hey all. just installed "RADIO RESET" for installing BT stuff, but now everytime i reset i get "cannot find "MY" or one if its components." anyone ever get that problem?

and how do i uninstall the advanced audio module. "Broadcom Corporation BT-PPC AV" ?

check your start up folder (e.g. \windows\startup) to see if there are any orphan shortcuts there.
