Hi All,
Is it possible to remove the Orange Skinning.
I've already desabled their skinning on the Phone and disabled the Video Calling as I never use it, this gives me some much needed performance, but I never use the Orange Today plugin, I have it turned off, but it must use up some of my valuable memory.

Can't remmeber, but I presume yours is a WM5.
The organ stuff can't be easily removed, however you can avoid having them installed.
To do so, you must hard reset your unit, and just after the security setup section, perform a softreset when you see something like 'installing application in 3..2..1 seconds`, that will not install any orange stuff into your phone.

I will try this after I have done a backup.
As a question:
1, What else might not be installed should this work.
2. What is going to happen when I do my restore from my Complete backup

hi, i had the same issue and all you have to do is delete all the orange stuff in the extended ROM of the Universal. Make sure you keep a backup in case you need it after.

Make sure you don't reinstall the Orange stuff when you restore your backup!

Ok, so I have now removed all the Orange stuff..........phone seems to be working much quicker and I have a lot more memory.
I've re-installed everything I wanted on it.
Phoned Orange who talked me through setting up GPRS and MMS.
I think I've done it right......email seems to work anyway.
But how to I configure the Pocket IE to use Orangeworld as its default home, and what is the address of the home page.

Ok getting there now.
Got my Orange World configure in the registry.
Last question (I hope)
My email works over GPRS.
Orange World works
Text Messaging works.
But there is'nt a mailbox in Pocket Outlook for MMS
How do I create it, as it looks like until it exists I cant send MMS messages
