Lost drivers CD... can FTP help?

I have misplaced my drivers CD and need it badly... any chance someone can upload it as an iso or something to the FTP?

Download and install ActiveSync 4.x and you will be fine.

OK, that fixes synch and connectivity, but what about the USB modem drivers?
