If you have installed enterprise's ROM just follow this (look at SPV - Désigner) to unlock :

Sorry it's french but you just need to mail orange developers to get a patch and then modify some keys in the registry and finaly reboot your smartphone.

The first time on rapidshare.de, it`s maybee a little bit tricky. You must have Java and JavaScript activatet on your browser. Scroll down and click "FreeDownload". After you must waiting any seconds, enter the secutity- word and click "Download". That`s it...

..anyone knows, works this rom on a "Qtek 8300" and is the German language includet?

I've updated my DUTCH SPV C600 with the imate ROM and any others ,but unsuccessful,Warning ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDER ID

However after applying the update, I can't run the regeditSTG application, I get a 'Access denied. The program cannot start because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate'

Anyone got any ideas?

...which is exactly your problem?
- device?
- what do you want to do?
- what have you triead already?

There are easy means to either SIM unlock (for any SIM Card) or CID unlock (for any ROM Update, also cooked ones). The old SPV Services method is no more availalbe since quite some time (> one year).
