How do i upgrade my phone....... please help. [edit]

Hi i am quite new on this board.

I just bought a T-mobile in netherlands and that gives me the dutch settings and dutch language codes, is there anyway for me to like update or change these to english or swedish?
If possible how do i go by this?

my info is, i think this is what you need to know atleast...
Rom version: 2.21.2.5 NLD
Rom datum: 3/9/06
Radioversion: 02.19.11
Protocolversion: 4.1.13.09
ExtRom version: 2.21.2.108

What would be the best for me to use...
and how do i do the upgrade in first place, i tried searching the forums, but i really dont understand much atm...

Read that thread, it works to change the languages to English or which ever one you want.
