I use MDAIII but backup battery have something wrong.
backup battery 100% but If detachment backup battery,The information will lose,MDAIII will hard rest.

I can't solves this problem,please help me. thanks very much.

1. title your posts more specifically. "help me" does not attract much attention.

2. use the search with these keywords

battery AND remove AND hard AND reset

or any combination of those to show results with similar problem. (i haven't had this problem, all i could do is the same research you can ) :D

mine is the same, i'll add changing the backup battery to my list of things to do when i take my BA apart.

so far:

1) Fix Stylus holder
2) Spray shell/take to paint shop
3) backup battery replace

if it works ll let you know :D
